Villa Zdena accommodation is located on the beautiful island of Solta, the nearest island just a 20min speedboat ride away from Split. Villa Zdena offers a range of 5 accommodation options for guests, all situated in a serene setting, only a few steps from the beach and crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. It is also conveniently close to the ferry and city center. Everything you need for your holiday and more is available at Villa Zdena with the guidance of Luka being your friendly host.
The villa has been in our family for several years, and this year it has been completely renovated and updated to offer you the comfort of a home away from home. My mother, who has a master's in fine arts has not only done the overall renovation design but has personally attended to every detail in each room to give our villa the feel of comfort, warmth, and serenity.
Villa Zdena property is ECO-friendly property, so we do recycle and keep our nature and the beautiful island of Šolta green and clean :)
This lovely 25m2 cottage has a 7m2 terrace with a sea view. It's a one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, a small dining room, and a kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, a flat TV, and a small closet. The apartment has to air-condition.
On the terrace, you'll find a bigger table for eating and relaxing, and a sunchair where you can enjoy reading a book or browsing the Internet. Guests are free to use a gas barbecue, which is located in the villa´s yard. So, after a great day of sightseeing, the balcony is a perfect and lush spot to reflect on the day while enjoying a cool drink in the afternoon sun.
The apartment has a free parking place, so you don´t have to worry about that.
The internet router covers the whole apartment; you have free and fast wireless internet which is rare on Croatian islands. If you are traveling with a baby, we have a portable crib available for you.
This might be your place to escape from crowded tourist places and find your own slice of paradise. We provide the extra clean and disinfected property with super-fast WiFi, comfy for longer stays.
The apartment is also fully equipped with cleaning equipment and detergents and is there for guests to use and keep high hygiene standards.
Extra linen and towels are available at any time.
The kitchen is disinfected after every checkout, and essential spices are in the kitchen (salt, paper, sugar).
Whether you want your vacation to be filled with outdoor activities, sports, and excitement, or looking for some relaxing and peaceful time sitting on the large terrace overlooking the beach, you can find it all in our beautiful villa and the island of Solta.
This lovely cottage is just 5 min walk from the ferry port, so that makes this flat a perfectly positioned spot for a few day trips and exploring the island.
